Since I moved to South Carolina we have had a lot of Sickness and tech difficulties which pretty much not allowed us to do a show with the three of us since August.

Last night we finally got everything together and pulled off a great show and did some great pranks. Someone even commented saying "FNC is BACK!..Good to hear Kristin on the mic again."

So thank all of you for putting up with the video absence and all the random problems we have had

LuvChat Has No More Luv for Friday Night Cranks

Hey everyone it's Jared.I usually only write blogs to promote new FNC projects, or too announce something awesome. But recently there has been a lot of rumors floating around, including a recent friend of ours bashing us on his live show. I have kept quiet for a long time about this whole situation, but recently more and more fans started to ask me about these rumors so I shall explain..

A couple months ago we did an interview on LuvChat.com . The old host "Poorman" use to havea big radio show many many years ago and was starting an internet show. FNCquickly became friends with his tech crew. The three of us did several interviewson his show and promoted the hell out of it. When we first did the interview he only had maybe 10 viewers. Then one night on there we brought him over 16,000viewers. I must say that is a huge audience to bring to a tiny show. One week I went on there and did the "Pizza Delivery Guy" prank.

Before I posted thevideo onto Youtube "Poorman" asked me to put a 1 minute promo in thevideo for LuvChat which I gladly did. That video today has over 145,000 plays. So 145,000 people have been exposed to the promo thanks to Me, Joe, and Kristin since we did NOT have to do that..We are just amazing people!

So time goes on and August rolls around, I was moving to South Carolina for college. Rudy the tech person at LuvChat at this time came up with a way to have us stream from two different locations, and make it look like we are in the same room. He said he would be more than happy to help us out for FREE since we helped out LuvChat so much. We all thought that was pretty badass of him and on that note RUDY IS THE MAN! haha.

So the week I move to South Carolina, Rudy and the rest of the tech crew walked out and quit LuvChat.Now that whole issue has nothing to do with us so I will just move on.

So Poorman Calls me up and says "Don't worry about your video we will get it up in a week or two"

So the next 4 weeks we did not have video. While waiting for Poorman to hire new tech people to work our video we decided to look at Rudy's original plan and make some changes so we could do it on our own. Around this time Poorman called me up and told me he wanted to pay us to put FNC Exclusivly on his "LuvChat Network" I told him no since well...he does not have much of a network and all of our fans already know to go to Stickam or our website to see it. But I told him I would do Webcam Games on his network since no other website would let me do it.

So he agreed that HE was going to pay me every week to do games on his network. So I made a website for the games where people can watch, chat and sign up. Once games started he told mehis website went from about 400 hits a day to over 2,500 hits a day. So again I was promoting his site.

After two weeks of doing games he calls me up and tells me to take the video stream and the chat room off of the webcam games website since his sponsor "Extenze" did not like it. So I took it down without any complaints.

A few days later Poorman calls me and tells me he is not going to pay me since I did not promote LuvChat enough. Which was pretty much a punch in the face to me since well...Weall know LuvChat has any viewers thanks to FNC. He then tells me I am not going to get paid for that week or ever do games on his site until I promote LuvFail I mean....LuvChat more.

I mean really dude? I don't promote LuvChat enough? Get your balding head out of your ass. It would be pretty funny to play everyone the voicemails you left me talking shit about Extenze and telling me how much they suck..I'm sure they would LuvChat that very very much.

Now I really don't care about the money he can keep it..Seems like he needs it a bit more than I do considering his website has dropped to just under 200 hits a day since I cut off connection with him.

I kept getting a emails from you guys letting me know he was ranting and talking crap about FNC. So Icalled him up a few times during the show, as well as off cam to see what hisproblem was. And every single time I called him he would act like he did nothing wrong and kept saying he never said anything bad about FNC.

So one night I tuned in randomly and the first thing I hear out of his mouth is "Fuck Jared and Friday Night Cranks. They did nothing for my show and Jared is a dick"

Meanwhile he is the one fucking me over left and right with his bullshit. He told me he was gonna startup his new show and call me to help us out with doing our video. It's been 2 weeks since then and he has not called me.

After all is said and done all Poorman cares about is money. He is not doing this for fun, for whatever fans he has left, or for the people that work for him. He just cares about his paycheck from Extenze. If you look at his numbers I don't know why Extenze is wasting thousand of dollars a week on his failing show. I laughed my ass off the other night. He said he was switching up formats of LuvChat because he was "Tired of talking to No-Named Youtube Celebs withonly 10,000 subscribers"

Now Poorman just to clarify let me look at YOUR Youtube page has a little over 1,000 subcribers,your site gets 100 unique hits a day (on a good day). You keep talking about how you WERE a #1 DJ and you have your own cable show and blah blah. But this is the INTERNET dude. Your not going to get anywhere pissing off everyone you come into contact with. Your format is not going to get thousands of viewers and fans right off the bat.

I told you that man

I told you how to market it on the internet

I told you which Youtube people would make your show interesting

Fuck bro I even TOLD YOUI would personally write comedy segments for your show to make it more interesting.

But on your show a fewdays ago you said "I don't have to listen to Jared he knows nothing about the internet"

Which is why FNC is one of the biggest live comedy shows, one of the most popular comedy channels, and www.FridayNightCranks.com is in the top 100,000 websites in the world.

Really dude get your shit together. If you feel like calling me to somehow "explain this misunderstanding" then go ahead.

But until then good luckwith your FailChat of a show, and you will probably be hearing from TeamThunderCunts sometime soon . To be honest I have more respect for the fucking CAOP right now than I do for you and your show.

C.A.O.P. (Civilans Against Online Predators) Harasses FNC

Hey everyone..Just wanted to talk to you all about an incident that happened last week. I debated about writing this blog since it would just draw more attention to an already sad excuse of a "organization" but after yet another email from them last night I decided it was best to share with you so you and other live shows out there do not become victims.

Monday September 7th Joe, Kristin and Myself received an email. I quickly called them and told them not to respond to it..Below is the following emails that lasted up until Thursday. He is in red text and what I wrote back is in Green

To whom this may concern,

My name is Stephen B******. I am with a FBI government affliated organization named Civilians Against Online Predators (CAOP). We have received numerous complaints about your actions and website towards other individuals. We have contacted godaddy abuse, and your website will most likely be taken down for promoting illegal activity, also a case has been opened on this situation. If my investigator does not receive professional contact from you, within 48 hours, legal action will be taken against you, your accomplices, and website.

If you have permission to post these callers on your website, and have their consent to prank call them, please explain why the callers have told us they will take legal action against you. The Walmart you prank called has stated many times in their emails to us, that they would like to press charges against you. According to the victims you have prank called, you have upset them. If you feel this is a misunderstanding, please contact our investigations team at 610-924-**** to get this situation under control. If no answer, please leave a message. I would like to see a copy of those wal-mart emails since they have failed to reach us. I doubt their legal department would contact a volunteer group out of Texas than the NY state police department. Most calls reported to you were probably not from our group, we have had cases before where people make calls pretending to be us..I'm surprised your so called "investigation department" did not find that out. Again I would like to see a copy of those emails, i would also recomend trying to capture real online predators, and not waste your time on some high school / middle school kids.

Correction, the communications between walmart and CAOP were over the phone, not email. Also, the walmart we are talking about was not located in New York, but Florida. I find your sarcasm towards me, to be highly unprofessional. Rather you are innonicent or guilty of these prank calls, I suggest you call my investigation team, if you intend to get yourself out of this legal trouble, otherwise we or your victims will have no choice but to press charges. You are looking at a federal crime, organized crime because (a) you make harassing phone calls and (b) you plan this every friday night, without anyone being able to trace your whereabouts. We already have submitted this report to the FBI and they are VERY interested, so I suggest you comply with us. If you are "high school / middle school" kids, I suggest you work on your homework, rather than prank call people.

If you read everything closely they pretty much said they wanna press charges but can't find me....and keep changing their mind about how they talked to Wal-Mart...haha

So Thursday night before I went live i recieved a Stickam message from a fan who said he was just hanging out in the open chatroom and someone from the CAOP was asking for my phone number...Hmm demanding someones personal information is illegal right?

So the fan was able to give me the Stickam URL of the CAOP member and while I was live, saw that they were live too..As some of you may know, the group diehard FNC fans who usually hang out with me in my private sessions refer to themselves as "Team ThunderCunts". So I sent maybe 5 or 6 members into their chatroom and I went in as well. When I entered the chat, a little boy who barley hit puberty sat in his room being repremanded by his mother. As soon as I entered the room he ran out of his chair and changed into a pretty hilarious uniform.

After he started to lecture me via chat I sent the rest of my chatroom into his room since I told him that I wanted this "whole discussion to be made publicly". Now after he and another member of the CAOP told me to call into their office, I finally did after setting up a few proxies to make sure they couldn't tell where I was calling from.

What they did not know was that the little boy left his microphone on and the conversation was heard through both HIS chatroom and mine since i was in his chatroom.

I have posted the full hour and forty minute audio file for you to download at your will. Even though this is a long phone call this shows that their "organization" is nothing but a load of bullshit teenagers with a LOT of spare time..

I was not even planning to post this audio until the SAME DUDE emailed me last night telling me to tell you guys to stop calling their numbers (which can be found here)

This is a very important update so please read all of it.

This week will be the last live broadcast from "FNC Studios". I (Jared) will be going off to college next week out of the state. This has raised a lot of questions concerning the future of Friday Night Cranks. While the show is important you guys have to understand that education is a priority for me.

The three of us have talked a lot of times about what we are going to do once I move. Our options were stop the show...or continue making pranks, but just in a different format.

Pretty much for the first two weeks I move there will be no video only audio. Kristin will be on the mic as well from New York, and Joe The Camera Guy will be making the calls and running the chat room.

We have a way to bring back video. Our friends over at LuvChat are helping us get the right programs and equipment so that (in a nutshell) FNC will have one video feed with Me and Kristin in the same room.

Now how exactly we are going to do this will remain a secret as the rest of our setup is.

I am very excited to finally move out and see some new things down in Myrtle Beach. FNC is going to continue live every week just as it has always been.
